At Power Of Three Fitness , we provide programming BUILT NOT JUST TO ACHIEVE your SPECIFIC goals , but JUST AS importantly, to MEET YOUR body’s individual physical needs.

By using the Functional Movement System and the Titleist Performance Institute screening methods, we can figure out what your current physical movement capabilities are to set a baseline.

We can then look at any limitations/restrictions we may find that could potentially get in the way of your progress and come up with a strategy to address these by implementing the three essential areas of efficient ,physical movement  -  Mobility, Stability, and Strength.

Your journey will include a combination of the right exercise progressions and reassessments, nutrition that’s tailored to your needs, and learning about the ‘how?’and ‘why?’ so you understand what we are doing, and therefore be more invested in the process.

This way, we can help you move forward with safer workouts, a lower risk of injury,improved sport performance or simply staying physically active, leading to a better quality of life, well into your retirement years.
