Because of the current situation with Covid 19 and limited gym options, I take into consideration the equipment you have available, or can recommend some basic items to add to your tool kit to get the most from the programs we prescribe .I can meet for sessions either at home or outside in an environment following protocol for lowering the risk Covid 19. If you aren’t comfortable with that, then we can simply meet virtually online to work around the challenges of your daily home and /or work schedule and travel.
