Suits beginners and intermediates who would like to improve or learn new techniques with specific equipment and then apply that knowledge to their own individualized program.
More experienced campaigners can also work with this for accountability and the extra push they can’t find when working out on their own, but with the added benefit of a trained eye to help figure out those plateaus and sticking points.
Pricing will be based on number of sessions purchased in a package.

Hybrid Training
This is a monthly plan for clients who don’t need a coach all of the time, but want a structured program geared towards their goals and needs. This includes one-on-one coaching and consulting each month for a predetermined number of sessions.
All levels include: Fully progressive programming, Access to your coach through Gymcloud, Tiered level of one-on-one video or in-person sessions per month

Includes: Basic Movement Screening, Programming, Gymcloud access plus one hour or two half hour in-person or video sessionsIntermediate $199/month

Program Only
For clients who have a solid base of exercise technique and are self motivated. Before I provide a program, the client must undergo a basic movement screen via video using some of the fundamental exercises to confirm competency and technique.
