At Power Of Three, we want you to view what you are doing for your physical health and well being as a long term investment and something you can continue with AND enjoy all the way into your senior years. This may sound like somewhat of a cliche, but think of it like this -

We are all so caught up in the financial aspect of our lives and building our retirement plans, that we don’t even consider or make time for the physical aspect of our retirement, which is probably the more important of the two. The harsh reality is this, if you don’t take care of yourself now, you may not be around to enjoy that retirement plan you are striving so hard to build. Or, maybe you will still be around, but your health has deteriorated so much , that your quality of life is miserable due to physical limitations which cause pain or hinder your ability to perform normal everyday activities, leisure interests or just hanging with your kids and grand kids. On top of all that , your medical bills are eating into those retirement dollars!!

We understand that finding a way to make this happen is easier said than done for a lot of people. The number one reason being, not having the time.

Our goal is to provide a sustainable plan that can work around our clients’ hectic schedules of work , business trips , kids activities and family time. All of these become an unavoidable obstacle to staying engaged and consistent on the path to making any progress with health and fitness goals.

We can do this by providing programs that are built first and foremost around your goals , but just as importantly , the areas we all NEED to improve but tend to avoid. We can then take into consideration the tools/equipment you have access to. This may be at a local gym or, if a gym schedule or membership is not an option, we can provide some recommendations for basic home equipment, giving you flexibility and more control over your own workout schedule.

We have varying services/products which include :- One on One, Online /In-person training, Goal Specific or Corrective Exercise Programming ( based off a standard or functional movement screening ).
