One on One

One on one training can either be in-person or via virtual video training. This will suit beginners /intermediates who would like to improve/ learn new techniques with specific equipment and then apply that knowledge to their own individualized program. Obviously, more experienced campaigners can also work with this for accountability and the extra push they can’t find when working out on their own, but with the added benefit of a trained eye to help figure out those plateaus and sticking points.

1 hour session only = $75

5 x 1 hour sessions = $350

10 x 1 hour sessions = $650


Combo Training

This is for clients who don’t need a coach 100 percent of the time, but do need structured programming geared towards their goals / needs and will still need some one-on-one coaching or consulting occasionally. Each client will have fully progressive programming, access to your coach through Gymcloud, and a tiered level of one-on-one video or in-person sessions per month. We will be offering some basic nutrition coaching as an add-on in the future.

Basic - $159 per month = Basic Movement Screening ,Programming , Gymcloud access plus a one hour in-person or video session

Intermediate - $209 per month = As above plus 2 x one hour sessions

Premium - $289 = As above plus 2 x one hour sessions and 2 x half hour sessions


Program Only

For clients who have a solid base of exercise technique and are self motivated. Before I provide a program, the client must undergo a basic movement screen via video using some of the fundamental exercises to confirm competency and technique.

Pricing will very based of program duration and number of days per week.
